This is the ‘about us’ page for the World of RC Planes website. Welcome, my name is Graeme, I’m the editor, looking after a team of dedicated assistants and contributors who are responsible for the posts and pages you are reading.
I’m originally from New York and I’ve been married to Mandy for 8 years, we have two kids and a dog. My first experience of flying RC airplanes was with my dad, when I was around 7 years old. 
Thanks to him I was bitten by the flying bug at an early age. I am deeply passionate about airplanes and flying. Over the years, I’ve flown gliders and light aircraft in but in the end, I always geek out on RC flying.
What was once classed as very expensive hobby is now available to anyone. There has never been a better time to get out there and experience this for yourself.

our staff have been flying RC airplanes for many years. Their contributions have helped fill in knowledge gaps. Their stories and anecdotes offer valuable lessons and insight.
